Elastocon® 2840PE

Elastocon® 2840PE by Elastocon TPE Technologies is a shear dependent thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade, found in the form of 50 lb. pellets. Is a non-slip and soft touch ergonomics grade. Exhibits rubber-like properties, good surface finish and U.V. stabilization. Possesses high flow properties to enable complex part design, excellent cold weather impact resistance, resistance to chlorine, maximum household cleaning products and most sanitizers, oxidizers and algaecides. Designed for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding methods. Elastocon® 2840PE can be overmolded and coextruded onto polyethylene (PE). Recommended for consumer goods and industrial applications. Complies with FDA, RoHS and California Proposition 65.
