Elastocon® 2825 by Elastocon TPE Technologies is a UV stabilized thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Exhibits ultra-soft rubber-like properties, good surface finish, non-slip or soft touch ergonomics and resiliency. Possesses excellent cold weather impact resistance, high flow properties to enable complex part design, excellent colorability, good processability, high impact resistance, reduced material usage during processing and resistance to household cleaning products, chlorine, sanitizers, oxidizers, & algicides. Elastocon® 2825 can be processed using conventional thermoplastic molding equipment for injection molding, extrusion or blow molding. Can be overmolded onto polypropylene. Recommended for consumer goods and industrial applications. It complies with FDA, California Proposition 65 and RoHS.
Elastocon® CLR35X is a transparent thermoplastic elastomer grade. Possesses good colorability, surface finish, resilience and high strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in households products/consumer goods and industrial applications requiring U.V. stability and easy processability. Complies with FDA guidelines.
Elastocon® OF75 is a UV stabilized, oil- & plasticizer-free thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Exhibits high strength properties, reduced coefficient of friction and easy processability. Elastocon® OF75 can be processed using conventional thermoplastic molding equipment for injection molding, extrusion or blow molding. Can be overmolded onto polypropylene.
