Solprene® 303

Solprene® 303 commercialized by Dynasol is a linear random-block styrene-butadiene copolymer grade. Contains 46% styrene content (11% present as a polystyrene block). Insoluble in water while soluble in organic solvents. Provides hardness and can be combined with inorganic fillers using high concentrations of them with good dispersion in compounding. Can be blended with other rubbers to reduce die swell and increase processability in extruded and molded goods by compression. Suitable for vulcanized compounds for shoes and industrial goods. It can replace E-SBR 1009 and 1018 types. It is packaged in bales wrapped in low melting point polyethylene film. Solprene® 303 commercialized by Dynasol complies with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), US Environmental Protection Agency, HSDB (US National Library of Medicine) and RTECS (US Dept. of Health & Human Services).
