ELVALOY™ AC 1224 Acrylate Copolymer by Dow is a copolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate. It provides soft touch, enhanced dispersion and distribution of functional fillers. It offers higher thermal stability at similar comonomer content and no corrosive by-products versus EVA. It shows compatibility with PE recycling streams, broad compatibility with polar and non-polar resins.
  • It is suitable for processing by coextrusion, blown- and cast film extrusion.
  • It is recommended for PET modification, plastic compounding, wire & cable systems, rigid containers & material handling, toys, sporting goods, food- and consumer packaging applications.
  • ELVALOY™ AC 1224 Acrylate Copolymer complies with TSCA, EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EN 71-3, FDA 21 CFR 177.1340(a) and conforms to CONEG, EU 94/62/EC.
