APPEEL™ 35D140 Peelable Resin

APPEEL™ 35D140 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified polyolefin resin. It contains anti-block agent and amide slip agent and acts as a peelable sealing layer for lidding applications. It provides an interfacial peel seals for stand up pouches, and occasionally for peel seal from PP and PE. It possesses low COF and excellent hot tack strength for improved processability. It is recommended for dry food, pet food and fresh produce packaging. APPEEL™ 35D140 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, blown film- and cast film extrusion. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) & 176.170(c), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC.
