APPEEL™ 20D855 Peelable Resin

APPEEL™ 20D855 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified ethylene acrylate resin containing amide slip agent. It is a general-purpose peelable sealant for lidding applications, PP, PS, PET, and PVC cups & trays. It offers low seal initiation temperature, wide process window, and strong seals for multiple substrates & over a broad temperature range to container materials. APPEEL™ 20D855 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, blown film extrusion, extrusion coating and lamination. It complies with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1340, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC.
