TEAMFOAM F110 by Dongying Horizon Composite is a high-performance, cross-linked rigid foam based on poly(methacrylimide). It is thermoformable, enabling flexible designs across diverse applications. It features a 100% closed-cell structure with small, uniform cell size and low resin absorption, significantly reducing component weight.
  • TEAMFOAM F110 offers very low CTE, good dielectric properties, and radiographic translucency.
  • It consists of a carbon–carbon backbone with imide structures incorporated into the side chains.
  • Its high thermal deformation temperature makes it suitable for a variety of forming processes, including autoclaves, reducing curing time and improving customer productivity.
  • Exhibits high specific modulus, low dielectric properties, high temperature and fatigue resistance.
  • Also offers the highest strength, stiffness and excellent resin compatibility with various resin systems.
  • It is used in high dynamic load sandwich structures.
