POLYFLON™ PTFE F-303

POLYFLON™ PTFE F-303 by Daikin is a soft, modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Exhibits excellent clarity, high thermal stability, high green strength, chemical stability, low coefficient of friction, high heat-, chemical- and environment stress crack resistance (ESCR), electrical-, mechanical- and non-stick properties. Possesses excellent low temperature strength, dielectric characteristics, low reactivity and it is suitable for high pressure extrusion processes. Recommended for thick wall electric wire (AWG 16 and larger), large thick wall tubing and heat shrinkable tubing. POLYFLON™ PTFE F-303 complies with FDA 21 CFR.177.1550, ISO 9001 (Quality System), ISO 14001 (Environmental System) and Responsible Care 14001 (Safety, Health, Environment and Security).
