NEOFLON™ CPT LP-1000 by Daikin is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether. This fluoropolymer possesses good flexibility and excellent permeation for organic solvent, water vapor and gasoline. It shows hot melt adhesion to the other plastics such as polyamide with its reactive group. NEOFLON™ CPT LP-1000 adhere directly to rubber such as NBR, ECO by crosslinking during the vulcanization. It can be processed by extrusion-, injection- and compression molding.
