Heromelt™ PK-310 FC

Heromelt™ PK-310 FC by Daikin Compounding Italy is polyether-ether-ketone and polytetrafluoroethylene (PEEK+PTFE) copolymer alloy reinforced with graphite and carbon fiber. It is extremely tough and resilient grade. Exhibits good resistance to a wide range of chemical agents, radiations and high temperature resistance with peaks up to 315°C (599°F) for a short period. Possesses excellent dielectric properties, extremely low emissions and excellent dimensional stability. Used in technical components for high temperature and improved tribological properties. Heromelt™ PK-310 FC can be processed by extrusion, compounding-, injection- and transfer molding.
