Supplied byDaikin Compounding Italy- Last Updated on Jul 28, 2022

Heromelt™ PFA from Heroflon is a fully-fluorinated perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA) polymer reinforced with carbon- and glass fibers. It shows resistance to high temperatures, chemicals and atmospheric agents. Exhibits good non-stick properties and low coefficient of friction. It can be processed by melt extrusion, injection-, compression- and transfer molding. Heromelt™ PFA is used in technical components, piping for chemical fluids, pump and valve coatings. Also used for high-flex films, plates, wire- and impact resistant coatings.
