BAYFLEX® XGT-2 Filled by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, reinforced with 50% barium sulphate filler. It is comprised of two liquid components: modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol. Offers sound absorption, softness and extended gel time. BAYFLEX® XGT-2 Filled is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in floor coverings in heavy trucks or equipments and seals, gaskets & wire harness type applications.
