BAYFLEX® MP-10000 IMR by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade containing internal mold release (IMR). It is comprised of two liquid components diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol. Provides strong adhesion and excellent releasability. Offers rapid demold time, excellent integrity at demold and outstanding physical properties. BAYFLEX® MP-10000 IMR is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in rollers, gaskets and encapsulated windows.
