E4920 by Cosmic Plastics is an epoxy grade reinforced with mineral. Exhibits thermal cycling stability and outstanding moldability. Offers wide flow range, and excellent fungal- and moisture resistance. It is designed for encapsulation of passive devices such as capacitors, inductors, diodes and rectifiers. E4920 complies with ISO 9001:2008, UL-94 (V0) flame rating and ASTM D 5948-05 (MIL-M-14) for MEH, MEG, MEE, MEC type epoxy resin.
