CX-6049U is a polyurethane by Coating P Materials. It is recommended for the lamination of PU film-fabric, fabric-fabric, PU film-PU film, PVC sheet-fabric and PVC sheet-tarpaulin fabric. It can be used for two component PU and wet- or semi-dry adhesion processing. It is designed for use in luggage, medical bed, water bags, oil bags, furniture, fabrics and bedding. It exhibits high strength and good wash resistance. It is a hard or soft polymer with high or low solid content. It can be used together with cross-linking agent to provide high toughness. Suitable solvents for CX-6049U are dimethylformamide/methyl ethyl ketone/toluene. It shows high adhesion, good elasticity and low melting point.
