PHACT™ CA1240PF by CJ Cheiljedang Bio is a calcium carbonate compounded blend of polylactic acid (PLA) and an amorphous polyhydroxyalkanoate (aPHA). It is designed for blown and cast film applications. It can be used in biaxially-oriented films. PHACT™ CA1240PF shows improved flexibility and film handling capability, impact toughening, ease of processing and enhanced tear propagation resistance.
