Teflon™ PTFE 807N X by Chemours is a free flowing, multi purpose polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade with high fill density. Used in skived tape, gaskets, seals, valve seats, bearing pads electrical/electronic components and linings. Possesses good dielectric and non-stick properties and good toughness. Exhibits good flexibility, easy processing & low friction and water absorption. Offers chemical inertness, good heat-, high temperature-, corrosion- and weather resistance. Teflon™ PTFE 807N X is suitable for processing by compression molding or preforming and sintering. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations.
