VECTRA® E130ID-2 VD3005 BLACK by Celanese is an inherently flame retardant, halogen-free, high performance, highly crystalline LCP grade reinforced with 30% glass. It exhibits high temperature capability, easiest flow, very low heat of fusion (short cycle times possible), very high tensile strength & tensile modulus, very low coefficient of thermal expansion (comparable with that of steel & ceramics) and very good resistance to chemicals & oxidation.
  • It can be processed using injection molding.
  • It is suitable for very thin-wall applications including broad range of SMT applications, with minimal dimensional change.
  • Possible applications of VECTRA® E130ID-2 VD3005 BLACK include aerospace, defense, automotive, transportation, buildings, construction, consumer goods, electricals, electronics, energy, fluid handling and industrial markets.
