BD265MO is a very high impact heterophasic polypropylene block copolymer based on Borealis Borstar® Nucleation Technology (BNT). Exhibits excellent impact strength even at low temperatures, well balanced stiffness properties, efficient processing with BNT, good demolding, and excellent dimensional stability. BD265MO offers safety, strength & resilience and ensures cycle time reductions of up to 20% and considerable energy savings without compromising impact performance of the article. Is suitable for recycling using modern methods of shredding and cleaning. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for juvenile care applications, toys, crates & boxes, heavy duty pails, strollers, child travel systems, high chairs, pallets and luggage. Also suitable for winter and deepfreeze applications. Products made with BD265MO have very good demolding properties and dimensional consistency with respect to different colors. It is FDA-approved for food and child contact applications.
