Bluesil™ TCS 7516 A/B

BLUESIL™ TCS 7516 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a low viscosity, two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer, which cures by a polyaddition reaction. It exhibits a fast cure at elevated temperature and high bond strength without primer on textiles from different origins. It allows very low coat weight (<30g/m²) and long bath life at room temperature (>16hrs). It provides a good heating resistance and balances high tear strength & comb stripping resistance to the coated fabric. It is easily pumpable to sustain high coating speed. BLUESIL™ TCS 7516 A/B is specially engineered for technical textile coatings such as coated airbags, industrial coating and high-performance fabrics. It has a shelf life of 9 months.
