Styropor® F 215 E

Styropor® F 215 E by BASF is a flame retardant, loose filling, expandable polystyrene block polymer grade. It possesses 6% pentane content and provides good shock absorption, good thermal insulation performance and conductivity. It is suitable for processing by foams in pre-expansion, intermediate storage and expansion stages. The compact raw material is transformed into closed-cell foam which is characterized by low energy consumption and short cycle times. It exhibits high compressive strength, outstanding impact absorption and moisture resistance. Styropor® F 215 E is recommended for exterior insulation and cavity wall insulation.
