Ultrasint® PA11 GB30 by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a bio-derived, glass beads filled polyamide 11 for rigid parts with enhanced thermal and abrasion resistance. Offers good rigidity, toughness and easy processability on any PBF machine with high dimensional accuracy. Exhibits good heat deflection temperature and wear resistance. Ultrasint® PA11 GB30 is used in housings and covers, splinter-proof jigs & fixtures thermally loaded parts i.e. close to the engine compartment, durable gears and bearings.
