Ultrasint® PA11 ESD by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is an electrostatic discharging, bio-derived polyamide 11 powder for highest process safety in application. Exhibits superior mechanical & thermal characteristics and can be processed on any PBF equipment. Used in rapid construction of individualized tools, housings, jigs and fixtures for the electronics industry, chemical system components, individualized ESD-safe prototypes and end-use parts. It has electrical resistivity significantly lower than standard 3D printing materials. Components printed with Ultrasint® PA11 ESD discharge unwanted electrostatic from sensitive components and systems, thus reducing the risk of electrostatically induced damage or failures.
