Ultrasint® PA11 black CF by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a bio-derived, carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 11 for highest strength and lightweight design. It delivers optimal mechanical performance of printed components. Due to its high rigidity, it is especially suited to lightweight designs through reducing wall thickness without compromising a part’s functionality e.g. in low-run motorsport parts series. It can be processed on any PBF equipment and has high strength-to-weight ratio. Ultrasint® PA11 black CF is used in aerodynamic components, metal replacement parts, partly electrically conductive parts and wind tunnel models.
