Baypren® HP M01S VP

Baypren® HP M01S VP by ARLANXEO is an odorless, water-insoluble, high-performance chloroprene rubber. It is manufactured by water-based emulsion polymerization in the presence of emulsifiers and activators. It exhibits a slow crystallization rate, standard crosslinking characteristics with n-methyl-thiazolidine-2-thione (MTT) and reduced marching modulus. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Baypren® HP M01S VP is suitable for cables and foams where rapid vulcanization is necessary. The possible applications could be air springs, axle boots, airbags, belts, wiper blades, hoses, molded parts, seals and conveyor belts. Other applications may include adhesives, cables, bridge bearing pads, anti-vibration mounts, wet and diving suits. It complies with REACH EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
