Baypren® HP M010 VP

Baypren® HP M010 VP by ARLANXEO is a low mooney, high performance, odorless, water-insoluble chloroprene rubber. It is manufactured by water-based emulsion polymerization in the presence of emulsifiers and activators. It exhibits slow crystallization rate, rapid crosslinking characteristics with n-methyl-thiazolidine-2-thione (MTT), easy processing and reduced marching modulus. It offers better flowability, higher throughput, reduced die swell, lower energy consumption, less nerve and low scorching tendency. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Baypren® HP M010 VP is suitable for cables and foams where rapid vulcanization is necessary. The possible applications could be air springs, axle boots, airbags, belts, wiper blades, hoses, molded parts, seals and conveyor belts. The other applications may include adhesives, cables, bridge bearing pads, anti-vibration mounts, wet and diving suits. It complies with REACH EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
