Baypren® GF X 22S VP

Baypren® GF X 22S VP by ARLANXEO is a green finishing chloroprene rubber modified using xanthogen disulfide (XD). It is manufactured by water-based emulsion polymerization in the presence of emulsifiers and activators. It exhibits a medium crystallization rate, standard crosslinking characteristics with n-methyl-thiazolidine-2-thione (MTT) and reduced marching modulus. It offers superior strength and tear propagation resistance. Baypren® GF X 22S VP is suitable for cables and foams where rapid vulcanization is necessary. The possible applications could be air springs, axle boots, airbags, belts, wiper blades, hoses, molded parts, seals and conveyor belts. The other applications may include adhesives, cables, bridge bearing pads, anti-vibration mounts, wet and diving suits.
