Baypren® GF M220 VP

Baypren® GF M220 VP by ARLANXEO is a green finishing chloroprene rubber based on 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene (chloroprene). It is manufactured by water-based emulsion polymerization in the presence of emulsifiers and activators. It exhibits a medium crystallization rate, rapid crosslinking characteristics with N-methyl-thiazolidine-2-thione (MTT) and reduced marching modulus. Baypren® GF M220 VP is suitable for cables and foams where rapid vulcanization is necessary. The possible applications could be air springs, axle boots, airbags, belts, wiper blades, hoses, molded parts, seals and conveyor belts. The other applications may include adhesives, cables, bridge bearing pads, anti-vibration mounts, wet and diving suits.
