Baypren® 126

Baypren® 126 by ARLANXEO is a xanthogen disulphide (XD) modified, odorless, water-insoluble, chloroprene rubber with a very low crystallization rate. It exhibits low-temperature flexibility and good electrical properties. It offers easy processing, very low gas permeability, good thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion. It provides lower elasticity, high filler loadings and better mechanical properties. Can be processed by extrusion and calendering. Baypren® 126 is suitable for buildings & construction, wire & cable applications such as cable sheathing and low voltage insulation. The possible applications could be hoses, molded parts, conveyor & transmission belts in the automotive and general industry. It complies with REACH EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
