ALM PA 605-A by ALM is a nylon (PA (polyamide) 12) grade filled with 50% aluminum. Exhibits good machinability, improved heat transfer, good dimensional stability and pleasant gray metallic part appearance. It is a drop in replacement for other commercially available 50% aluminum filled materials with an increase in recyclability. Also, it is easy to post process and it can be sanded. Produces accurate parts with excellent part strength and surface detail. Applications include laser sintering.
