Viprene™ G45A-32U-NAT by Alliance Polymers & Services is a natural colored, general purpose, UV stabilized and heat stabilized TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate elastomer). Exhibits high flow, good UV resistance, good fatigue resistance, low temperature flexibility and excellent ozone stability. Offers good dimensional stability and processability. Can be optimized with specific softness, in temperatures ranging from 40°F to 347°F. Suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion such as press blow molding, suction blow molding or 3D sequential co-extrusion. Can be substituted for more costly parts made out of silicone or ethylene-acrylic rubber boots. Viprene™ G45A-32U-NAT is suitable for weather stripping, seals, gaskets, soft over-molding grips, automotive parts including hollow boots, bellows & ducts and aircraft applications.
