AMITROPLAST® 8950 by AGRANA is a thermoplastic wheat starch made from renewable, genetically unmodified raw materials and is also biodegradable. It is sustainable and completely home compostable.
- It is suitable for processing by extrusion, film blowing, injection molding and 3D printing.
- It is used in bioplastic formulations such as packaging, mulch films, non-woven fibers, cutlery, plant pots, carry-, waste-, & food bags, food trays & cups, fruit and vegetable bags.
- AMITROPLAST® 8950 complies with EN 13432, OK biobased and OK compost.
