APXLP13 by Abhar Polymer Compounds is a silane crosslinkable pre-grafted polyethylene (XLPE) thermoplastic grade. It exhibits excellent electrical properties, excellent strength and good toughness. It exhibits excellent resistance to heat-, chemicals-, abrasion- and creep. It can be processed by extrusion with its catalyst master batch APCAT13N. It can be crosslinked by immersion in hot water at 90°C for 2-6 hours. APXLP13 is designed for insulation of low voltage wiring and power cables. It is also suitable for use in high speed XLPE cable insulation lines.
