APXLP12BC

APXLP12BC by Abhar Polymer Compounds is a silane crosslinkable pre-grafted polyethylene (XLPE) thermoplastic grade. It contains 2.5% well dispersed carbon black to ensure excellent weathering resistance. It possesses good UV resistance, excellent strength and good toughness. It exhibits excellent heat-, chemical-, abrasion- and creep resistance. It is designed for processing by extrusion with its catalyst master batch APCAT12N. It can be crosslinked by immersion in hot water at 90°C for 2-6 hours. APXLP12BC is suitable self-supporting aerial cable.

APJAC05

APJAC05 by Abhar Polymer Compounds is a high-density polyethylene thermoplastic grade. It contains antioxidant to provide excellent long term properties and 2.5% well dispersed carbon black to ensure excellent weathering resistance. It provides very good surface finish and low water permeability. It exhibits excellent UV-, environmental stress crack-, termite- and oil resistance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. APJAC05 is recommended for jacketing of cables.

APPEX15

APPEX15 by Abhar Polymer Compounds is a silane crosslinkable pre-grafted polyethylene thermoplastic grade. It can be crosslinked by immersion in hot water at 90°C. It possesses high density, good surface smoothness, high mechanical properties and excellent processability. It provides high scratch-, excellent abrasion- and very good chemical resistance. It exhibits high heat resistance to 90°C, excellent environment stress crack resistance (ESCR) and excellent creep resistance to 95°C. It is designed for processing by extrusion with its catalyst master batch APCAT12N. APPEX15 is recommended for sanitary pipes.
