APXLP12 by Abhar Polymer Compounds is a silane crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) thermoplastic grade. It exhibits excellent strength, good toughness and good mechanical properties. It provides excellent heat-, chemical-, abrasion- and creep resistance. It is designed for processing by extrusion with its catalyst master batch APCAT12N. It can be cross-linked by immersion in hot water at 90°C for 2-6 hours. APXLP12 is recommended for insulation of low voltage wiring and power cables.
