Supplied by3M- Last Updated on Jul 31, 2023

3M™ Dyneon™ TFM™ Modified PTFE Compound TFM 4215 by 3M is a free-flowing compound based on modified suspension PTFE of the 2nd generation, reinforced with 25% electro-graphitized carbon. Is suitable for processing by ram extrusion, compression and automatic molding. Possesses high thermal stability, high dimensional stability, high surface hardness, lower deformation under load, reduced friction and wear, good chemical stability, high limiting oxygen index, very good mechanical properties and exceptional heat resistance. 3M™ Dyneon™ TFM™ Modified PTFE Compound TFM 4215 exhibits excellent weldability, low permeability, higher transparency, denser polymer structure (less number of voids) and provides smoother surface to machined parts. Used in seal and gasket applications in the chemical processing (CPI) and automotive industries.
