3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Granules TF 1645 by 3M-Dyneon is a free-flowing suspension PTFE produced by suspension polymerization. It is suitable for processing by compression molding. Provides excellent chemical inertness, low friction behavior, good flame retardance and exceptional temperature resistance. Exhibits low shrinkage, good mold filling behavior and good mechanical properties. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Granules TF 1645 is used in applications like shaped parts, molded cylinders, or blocks, automatically and iso-statically molded articles such as lined pipes or valves and to produce semi-finished products. Meets ASTM D 4894 Type IV, Grade 2 classification.
