3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Granules TF 1641 by 3M is a free-flowing suspension PTFE produced by suspension polymerization. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Provides good surface quality of molded articles, excellent chemical inertness, low friction behavior, good flame retardance and exceptional temperature resistance. Exhibits good mold filling behavior, good electrical and mechanical properties. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Granules TF 1641 is used in applications like sealing, shaped parts, automatically or iso-statically molded articles e.g. lined pipes and valves or small parts like valve seats. Meets ASTM D 4894 Type IV, Grade 2 classification.
