3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5060GZ by 3M is a milky-white, water-based fluoropolymer dispersion with a solid content of 59%. The spherical hydrophobic polymer particles have an average size of 210 nm and a density of 2.2 g/ml. Is suitable for coatings or impregnating fabric structures. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5060GZ provides high sintering temperature, thus glass and aramid fabrics are particularly suitable. Possesses large operating temperature range, good wetting properties, low settling tendency and high transparency. Shows good chemical resistance, excellent film formation and good non-stick properties. PTFE-coated fabrics, felts and packages are mainly used for products such as conveyor belts and baking foil in architecture and for filters or slide seal rings. Complies with FDA, 21CFR 177.1550 and German Federal Ministry of Health (BGA).
