3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic THV 221GZ by 3M-Dyneon is a melt-processable fluorothermoplastic containing tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride. It is an E-beam crosslinkable grade. Suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Processing profile allows co-processing with olefinic plastics and hydrocarbon elastomers. Provides high transparency, good flexibility, bondability, low flammability and balance of solvent processing. Possesses excellent weatherability, thermal stability, good anti-soiling properties and low refractive index. It allows welding with all common methods including high-frequency welding and low temperature fusion. 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic THV 221GZ is used in extruded films, tubes, profiles and wire coatings.
