VERSIFY™ 3000 Plastomer by Dow is a resin with a medium melt flow rate. Offers softness, low temperature performance and outstanding optical properties. Provides ease of processability, excellent sealability through contamination, excellent toughness and unique haptics.

• It shows compatibility with PP and PE and provides adhesion.
• It is suitable for blow film, cast film and BOPP.
• VERSIFY™ 3000 Plastomer is particularly suitable for BOPE structures.

AFFINITY™ PL 1888Q Polyolefin Plastomer by Dow is a polyolefin plastomer (POP) resin. It is used for high-speed packaging applications that require a low seal initiation temperature and excellent machinability. It is designed to run fast and trouble-free on most extrusion equipment, including blown film dies.

• It offers low consistent coefficient of friction (COF) of less than 0.2 for a ~1.0 mil sealant layer in a coextruded film.
• It is suitable for use in monolayer films and as the sealant layer in multilayer films.
• It is ideal for packaging of fresh-cut produce, meat, cheese, and other applications.
• AFFINITY™ PL 1888Q Polyolefin Plastomer enables fast processing even on narrow die gaps.
• It contains 3000 ppm antiblock and 1500 ppm slip additives to enhance performance.
• It complies with U.S. FDA FCN 424, EU No 10/2011 and Canadian HPFB No Objection.

VERSIFY™ 4301 Elastomer by Dow is a high melt flow resin. Offers impact modification, high elasticity and good impact properties. Exhibits outstanding optical properties and very low heat seal initiation temperature.

• It is suitable for wide variety of fabrication processes, including extrusion and injection molding.
• Recommended for films, soft compounds and PP modifications.
• VERSIFY™ 4301 Elastomer is also used in blend components for thermoplastic elastomers.
• Complies with U.S FDA FCN 708, U.S FDA 21 CFR 175.105(c)(5) and EU No. 10/2011.

ENGAGE™ 7256 Polyolefin Elastomer by Dow is an ethylene-butene copolymer. Offers excellent processing and performance in extrusion applications.

Stellarchem AB855LG by Shanghai Songhan Plastics Technology is a shear dependent thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer (TPE-O). Is a recyclable, soft, non-hygroscopic grade and shows good colorability. Stellarchem AB855LG by Shanghai Songhan Plastics Technology is designed for processing by extrusion and injection molding.

Lucene™ LC100 by LG Chem is a general-purpose ethylene-1-octene thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer copolymer grade. It is produced using metallocene polymerization catalyst and solution process technology. It is an excellent impact modifier for plastics. Exhibits polymer modification, improved impact strength, toughness, outstanding clarity, excellent compression set and tear strength. Provides excellent performance, high elasticity and low thermal sealing temperature. Lucene™ LC100 is used in shoe soles and sealing layers of packaging films. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.

SABIC® FORTIFY™ C30070D by SABIC is a low density polyolefin elastomer grade. It is an ethylene octene copolymer produced by solution polymerization using metallocene catalyst. Exhibits superior toughness, softness, optical properties and excellent flow characteristics. Designed for extrusion compounding, wire and cable extrusion applications. SABIC® FORTIFY™ C30070D by SABIC is recommended for footwear midsoles and as impact modifier in thermoplastic olefin compounds.

SABIC® FORTIFY™ C13060D by SABIC is a low-density polyolefin grade. It is an ethylene octene copolymer produced by solution polymerization using metallocene catalyst. Exhibits superior impact properties and flow characteristics. Designed for extrusion compounding, wire and cable extrusion applications. SABIC® FORTIFY™ C13060D by SABIC is recommended for footwear midsoles and as impact modifier in thermoplastic olefin compounds.

Stellarchem MP-8001 by Shanghai Songhan Plastics Technology is designed for processing by extrusion and injection molding.

Lucene™ LC180 by LG Chem is a general purpose ethylene-1-octene thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer copolymer grade. It is produced using metallocene polymerization catalyst and solution process technology. It is an excellent impact modifier for plastics. Exhibits polymer modification, improved impact strength, toughness, outstanding clarity, excellent compression set and tear strength. It provides high filler acceptance, excellent performance, high elasticity, low thermal sealing temperature, transparency and flexibility.
