BACTOSTAT® TPE TE-637K by DragonChem is an engineering TPE with bacteria-repellent feature up to 99.999%.

• It is suitable for food-contact applications without leaching of biocides, nanoparticles and heavy metals.
• It shows good adhesion to PP and PE.
• BACTOSTAT® TPE TE-637K is recommended for household articles, valves, closures, seals, translucent soft articles and toys.

Dryflex® PIR 853317-2 TPE by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING is a thermoplastic elastomer with 45% recyclate content from post-industrial and post-consumer sources. It showed 43% reduction in carbondioxide emission per kg TPE compared to the equivalent virgin TPE material. It meets regulatory and testing requirements of Porsche PN 780 for VOC and odor rating. It is used in automotive interior components.

THERMOLAST® K TF8PCM-LCNT by Kraiburg is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) developed for food contact applications. It demonstrates high elasticity, soft touch surface and improved organoleptic properties. It shows adhesion to various polar thermoplastics including Tritan (PCT-G), PET, SAN, PC, ABS, PA6, and PA12.

• It is free from animal ingredients and has an extremely low migration potential and possibility of in-process recycling.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.
• It is used in reusable food packaging, cosmetic applications, household articles, hoses and conveyor belts in food processing.
• It meets the requirements of the two most important regulations for food contact materials: European Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 177.2600) of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.

THERMOLAST® K TF7PCM-NTRL by Kraiburg is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) developed for food contact applications. It demonstrates high elasticity, soft touch surface and improved organoleptic properties. It shows adhesion to various polar thermoplastics including Tritan (PCT-G), PET, SAN, PC, ABS, PA6, and PA12.

Exhibits good mechanical properties, surface haptics & feel like rubber, excellent thermal performance in harsh environments (including acids, bases and chlorine), excellent resiliency, ductility and a long life in exterior, high UV and ozone weathering applications. Possesses elastomeric properties of vulcanized rubber and yet can be melt-processed and easily fabricated. Provides good processability, faster output, lower cost and recyclability. Telcar® TL-4129 by Teknor Apex can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Used in weatherstripping, grommets, automotive interior parts, automotive exterior parts like trims and blow molding applications.

Telcar® TL-88-N873C BLK 111 by Teknor Apex is a translucent, general purpose, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Exhibits good mechanical properties, surface haptics & feel like rubber, excellent thermal performance in harsh environments (including acids, bases and chlorine), excellent resiliency, ductility and a long life in exterior, high UV and ozone weathering applications. Possesses elastomeric properties of vulcanized rubber and yet can be melt-processed and easily fabricated. Provides good processability, faster output, lower cost and recyclability. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Telcar® TL-81-D965-P by Teknor Apex is an opaque, general purpose, halogen-free, low flow thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Exhibits good mechanical properties, surface haptics & feel like rubber, excellent thermal performance in harsh environments (including acids, bases and chlorine), excellent resiliency, ductility and a long life in exterior, high UV and ozone weathering applications. Shows good colorability, good melt strength, high elasticity, high elongation and high tensile strength. Possesses elastomeric properties of vulcanized rubber and yet can be melt-processed and easily fabricated. Provides good processability, faster output, lower cost and recyclability. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Telcar® TL-81-D965-P by Teknor Apex used in automotive interior parts & exterior parts like trim, electrical/electronic applications, weather-stripping, grommets, blow molding applications and wire & cable applications such as military cable insulation.
