LNP™ STAT-LOY™ Compound 93000LTH by SABIC is based on unreinforced, acrylic resin containing proprietary additives. This permanently antistatic, electrically conductive & transparent grade is suitable for healthcare applications. It is processed by injection molding.

PLEXIGLAS® V825 by Trinseo is a polymethyl methacrylate acrylic (PMMA) resin. It offers high heat resistance, melt flow, excellent weatherability, high quality surface appearance and optical properties. This grade provides exceptional optical clarity and resistance to UV light degradation and discoloration. It is suitable where outdoor and indoor weatherability is paramount. It is characterized by superior thermal stability, extrusion melt strength, excellent tool surface reproduction, and release properties. It is processed by injection molding and extrusion method. PLEXIGLAS® V825 is used in bathroom accessories, bird feeders, clear & diffuse lenses, cosmetics, desk items, framing industry, fresnel lenses, gifts & tablewares, instrument clusters lenses, LED lighting, light guides, promotional items and trophies, rear combination lamps, retail and commercial applications. Typical markets include automotive, transportation, buildings, construction, bathtub, shower, signs, displays, consumer goods, electrical, electronics, household equipment, medical, personal care, lightings, renewable energy, packaging and paper.

ACRYLITE® SunResist ZS61 Polymer by Roehm is an impact-modified, amorphous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and co-extrusion. Exhibits high heat-, weather-, scratch-, chemical-, abrasion and stress cracking resistance. It offers enhanced UV light absorption, good melt flow rate, and low lubricant levels.

• It forms an ultra‑thin co‑extruded protective layer that blocks harmful UV light up to 400 nm, helping preserve color and surface integrity and reducing fading and degradation over time.

PLEXIGLAS® HT121 by Trinseo is a polymethyl methacrylate acrylic (PMMA) resin. It provides exceptional heat resistance in high temperature environments. This grade offers excellent weatherability & optical properties that allow it to excel in high temperature applications that require outdoor stability, high quality surface appearance and/or precision optics. It is processed by injection molding. PLEXIGLAS® HT121 is a perfect polymer for long-path length (LPL) applications in automotive lenses and accent signature lighting.

ALTUGLAS™ R-Life VML-H CR50 by Trinseo is a high-performance, lubricated polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin with 50% chemically recycled content. It exhibits high optical quality, highest clarity and colorlessness for thick wall applications, high weathering and UV resistance without coating and has low weight (50% lighter than glass).

• It provides very high flow for easy feeding and demolding.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
• ALTUGLAS™ R-Life VML-H CR50 is recommended for use in consumer applications.

PLEXIGLAS® M17 by Trinseo is an impact modified, polymethyl methacrylate acrylic (PMMA) resin. It exhibits high melt flow, excellent optical properties and outstanding weatherability. It provides 7 times the impact resistance of standard acrylics. This grade possesses toughness, heat resistance and processability. PLEXIGLAS® M17 is designed for processing by extrusion and injection molding applications. Recommended for durable applications ranging from transportation to weatherable capstocks to lighting, medical devices, and consumer durable goods.

PLEXIGLAS® VS-UVT by Trinseo is polymethyl methacrylate acrylic (PMMA) resin. It possesses very high melt flow, exceptional UV transmittance and outstanding scratch resistance. This grade possesses excellent optical properties, superior thermal stability, extrusion melt strength, excellent tool surface reproduction, and release properties. PLEXIGLAS® VS-UVT provides exceptional optical clarity and resistance to UV light degradation. PLEXIGLAS® Granite by Trinseo is a polymethyl methacrylate acrylic (PMMA) specialty resin. Exhibits natural stone like appearance and low maintenance finish. Designed for processing by sheet extrusion method. PLEXIGLAS® Granite is used in automotive, transportation, buildings, construction, bathtub, shower, consumer goods, sanitary, sports, leisure, bathroom accessories, pools, spas, packaging and paper applications. Complies with UL-94 (HB) Flame Rating.

ALTUGLAS™ V046 by Trinseo is a standard, non-impact-modified acrylic resin. It exhibits high heat resistance. It allows great optical performances ensuring crystal sparkle and brilliance even at high thickness. It offers outstanding resistance properties to mechanical damage and discoloration by UV rays. It provides an unsurpassed surface hardness (Rockwell M-Scale) and allows higher heat resistance than impact grades. It is available in Africa/ Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe and Oceania. It can be processed using extrusion. Suitable for applications with more stringent purity requirements. ALTUGLAS™ V046 is used in automotive/ transportation and lightings (electronics/ electricals) markets. Applications include appliances, fittings, furniture and LED.
