Compound 21847 by Pressure Seals is used in seals. Meets ASTM D2000 specifications: 3 DF 812 A26 B16 B36 EO15 EO36, 5 DF 809 A26 B16 EO15 EO36, 3 DH 815 A26 B36 EO16 EO36 F13 and 5 DH 809 A26 B16 EO16 EO36 F13.

Compound 21747 by Pressure Seals is used in seals. Meets ASTM D2000 specifications: 2 DF 712 A26 B16 B36 EO16 EO36, 5 DF 708 A26 B16 EO16 EO36, 3 DH 715 A26 B16 B36 EO16 EO36 F13 and 5 DH 708 A26 B16 EO16 EO36 F13.

ACM by Robinson Rubber Products is a polyacrylate rubber. Exhibits good compression set, good rebound resilience, excellent vibration dampening, good adhesion to metal and rigid materials. Offers resistance to abrasion, flex cracking, impact, tear, water, weather, flame, sunlight, steam, oxidation and ozone. Possesses good colorability, excellent gas permeability, good odor and good taste retention. Shows resistance to chemicals like acids, alcohols, aldehydes, alkalies, amines, animal & vegetable oil, brake fluids (non-petroleum based, diester oils, esters, fuels, halogenated hydrocarbon, ketones, oils (mineral, silicone), halogenated- and lacquer solvents. ACM can be processed by injection, transfer and compression molding. Used in homogenous parts such as bellows, bulbs, bumpers, bushings, check balls, boots (protective & convoluted), seals (lip, connector, mechanical, special seals & shapes, inflatable seals & shapes), cups, diaphragms, gaskets, grommet, isolators, special plugs & seats.

ACM is a polyacrylate rubber grade by Clwyd Compounders. It is a copolymer of ethyl and butyl acrylate. Exhibits excellent petroleum fuel & oil, good heat, good ozone and moderate water resistance. Moreover, it resists flex cracking. ACM is used in automotive sealing applications, including seals for transmission and power steering systems.

HyTemp® AR212XP by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate rubber grade. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of proprietary cure site. Provides fast rate of extrusion, excellent dynamic properties, tear resistance and insolubility in water. Offers excellent oil, heat and compression set resistance. HyTemp® AR212XP is used in adhesives, binders for propellants, flexible magnets and automotive seals, gaskets & hoses.

HyTemp® AR212HR by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate rubber grade. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of proprietary cure site. Provides good low-temperature performance, enhanced processing, long-term aging characteristic and enhanced scorch behavior. Offers excellent oil, diesel fuel, heat and compression set resistance. Shows insolubility in water. HyTemp® AR212HR is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in high-temperature TDI hoses and air ducts.

HyTemp® 4053EP by Zeon Chemical is polyacrylate rubber grade. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of chlorine/carboxyl dual cure site monomer. Provides good low-temperature performance and good physical properties. It offers excellent oil-, heat- & compression set resistance and shows insolubility in water. HyTemp® 4053EP is used in adhesives, binders for propellants, flexible magnets and automotive seals, gaskets & hoses.
