Kuraray increases prices for PVOH, EVOH and polyamide resins

Kuraray Co., Ltd. announces its decision to upwardly revise the prices of Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVOH) resin, EVOH resin and GENESTAR™ heat-resistant polyamide. Details of the revisions are given below.

PVOH resins

Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol (EVOH) copolymer
The base selling price of all Standard grades of EVAL™ EVOH resin, Specialty high performance grades, EVAL™ film and service products (ETC & GF) will increase by as mentioned below.

This price increase is in response to continued elevated raw material, utilities and logistics costs.

Polyamide resin

GENESTAR™ is a heat-resistant polyamide engineering plastic developed from a unique monomer. Properties of GENESTAR™ include low water absorption, high heat resistance, high chemical resistance and dimensional precision. Its applications range from electrical and electronic parts to automotive parts.
