This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated & non-halogenated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V-1 at 1.5 mm along with UL746C outdoor suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110°C. NORYL™ Resin SE1GFN3 (Europe) exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. It offers low creep sensitivity, good stiffness and low warpage, shrinkage & specific gravity. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter, charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures, housings, connectors and wall plates, sockets & switches. This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 1.0mm, 5VA at 1.5mm along with a UL746C outdoor suitability rating of F1.

NORYL™ RESIN V0150IR2 by SABIC is an amorphous, unreinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 1.0 mm, 5VA at 2 mm along with a UL746C outdoor suitability rating of F1.

• It exhibits high impact strength, good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, strong electrical performance and very low specific gravity.
• It offers hydrolytic stability, low warpage, low shrinkage, and low moisture absorption with dimensional stability.
• NORYL™ RESIN V0150IR2 is used in energy management, solar/ photovoltaic (PV) junction boxes and other electrical enclosure with laser welding process.

Solaris® by Smooth-On is an ultra-transparent, low viscosity, clear, colorless liquid platinum cure silicone rubber. It does not contains any solvents and volatile organic compounds (VOC’s). It can be cured in deep sections or enclosed assemblies without exotherm. Offers protection against shock, vibration, moisture, ozone, dust, chemicals and other environmental hazards. Provides excellent electrical insulation, easy flow, excellent UV resistance and hydrolytic stability. Can be used in high humidity environments and at elevated temperatures. Suitable for potting solar cells for maximum light transmission or electronic assemblies where component identification is required. Solaris® by Smooth-On is mixed 1A:1B solution by volume or weight.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FKGS6/B by Envalior is a flame retardant, heat stabilized, polyamide 6 grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It exhibits high flow and good chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Akulon® Ultraflow K-FKGS6/B is used in solar energy equipment like photovoltaic connector.
