ULTEM™ resin 1000R by SABIC is an unreinforced amorphous, flame retardant, metallizable polyetherimide (PEI) resin. It exhibits internal mold release, good dimensional stability, high electric breakdown strength (BDS), good chemical-, radiation (gamma, x-ray), UV-C-, and high heat resistance. It offers high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, good metal adhesion, high strength, low smoke & toxicity and good mechanicals in broad temperature range. Provides low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good dimensional stability, good processability and excellent electrical properties. It is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, extrusion blow molding, film-, foam & profile extrusion, compounding and injection molding. ULTEM™ resin 1000F is recommended for rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defence, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail and wind energy. Used in sport/leisure, consumer packaging, personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home & commercial appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic & industrial material handling, electrical components & infrastructure, personal recreation, composite, automotive under the hood, and recreational vehicle. It is UL 94 V-0, V-2 and 5VA flame-rated and RoHS compliant.

LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound J1000AE by SABIC is an unfilled polyethersulfone (PESU) resin. It offers durability, high heat resistance and easy molding. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is available in custom colors. LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound J1000AE is used in automotive interiors, electrical devices-displays, sport/leisure, personal-accessory, home & commercial appliances, electrical components, electronics and consumer applications.

NORYL GTX™ Resin 944 (Europe) by SABIC is a non-reinforced heat stabilized, impact modified alloy of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polyamide (nylon). It provides high heat & impact resistance, improved processbility, mold release and chemical resistance. It offers good stiffness, low creep sensitivity & warpage and hydrolytic stability. It is processed by injection molding. It is recommended for firefighter helmet applications, ophthalmics, electronics & electrical components and infrastructure. NORYL GTX™ Resin 944 (Europe) is used in building & construction, defense, industrial and consumer applications. It is suitable for automotive & mass transportation such as specialty vehicles and heavy truck.

Apec® FR1892 by Covestro is a linear, amorphous and flame retardant co-polycarbonate grade. Provides high viscosity, toughness, low-temperature impact strength, glass-like transparency, good metallization and high dimensional accuracy and stability. Exhibits good electrical properties, impact resistance, high heat resistance (between 158°C and 203°C) and good resistance to saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, dilute mineral acids, and both neutral and acid salt solutions. Shows good weatherability, flowability and broad temperature range from -30°C to +200°C. Apec® FR1892 by Covestro can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable to be used as a replacement for glass, metal or standard polycarbonate in high-heat applications. Recommended for visors for firemen's helmets. Also used in electrical and electronic markets for TV housings, computer frames, electrical appliances, switches, lamp-covers and glazing applications.

MAGNUM™ 3904 by Trinseo is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Provides excellent processability, super-high impact and a stable light base color that is ideal for self-coloring. Possesses low temperature toughness, rigidity and good chemical resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion or thermoforming. MAGNUM™ 3904 is used in transportation, protective covers, leisure, automotive interior trim, luggage and in wide range of technical applications. Complies with UL94 HB Flame Rating.

Apec® RW1697 by Covestro is an easy-flowing, easy release, amorphous polycarbonate (PC) grade. It is an UV stabilized grade and exhibits high heat resistance, high toughness, high transparency and high dimensional stability. Suitable for processing by blow molding, sheet-, profile- and cast film extrusion. Apec® RW1697 is used for lighting, sockets, switches, automotive, electrical and electronic applications. Suitable for medical and safety equipment like helmets and glasses.

Apec® FR1897 by Covestro is a low viscosity, easy release, amorphous polycarbonate (PC) grade. It is an UV stabilized grade and is suitable for processing by injection molding. Apec® FR1897 finds application in visors for firemen's helmet.

MAGNUM™ 3904 Smooth by Trinseo is a “Smooth Series” acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Provides excellent processability, high impact and a stable light base color that is ideal for self-coloring. Exhibits a superior surface finish that enables customers to produce parts with excellent aesthetics at lower total cost. Possesses low temperature toughness, rigidity and good chemical-resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion or thermoforming. MAGNUM™ 3904 Smooth is used in transportation, protective cover, sanitary ware, marine, signage, recreation vehicle, furnishings and other technical applications. Complies with UL94 HB Flame Rating.

AKRETAN® TP-55DEN01 by Akay Plastik is a soft, transparent, ester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Possesses improved mechanical, physical and thermal properties. Exhibits high elasticity, excellent toughness and aesthetic surface appearance. Offers good electrical and chemical resistance. Can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Possible applications of AKRETAN® TP-55DEN01 by Akay Plastik includes automotive, transportation, electrical, electronics, white goods and household appliances. Other applications include sports, garden & safety equipments, medical, shoe sole, construction and furniture.

AKRETAN® TP-75TOZ01 by Akay Plastik is a soft, flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane polyether (TPU Ether) grade. Possesses improved mechanical, physical and thermal properties. Exhibits excellent toughness and aesthetic surface appearance. Offers good electrical-, chemical and low temperature resistance. Can be processed by extrusion and injection molding.
