LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1444 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unreinforced polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer with high impact resistance. It is a flame retardant, medium flow, heat-stabilized grade. Offers low temperature ductility (-40°C), excellent processability and release with shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for electrical applications, food & beverage and mobile phones, computers and tablets. It is available in wide range of opaque colors. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1444 (Americas) can be possibly used in enclosures, food containers and wireless communications.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer blend. It provides high heat resistance, mold release and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. It enables high aesthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is used in consumer goods like lighting, appliances such as home and commercial, mass transportation like recreational and specialty vehicles. It is suitable for defense, outdoor, lawn and landscape applications, automotive interiors, exteriors and under the hood. It is suggested for water management, personal accessory, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, building and construction. It is also used in aerospace, industrial material handling, healthcare such as surgical, patient testing, medical facility infrastructure, fluid and blood handling. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) is recommended for ophthalmics, electronics, electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure.

ULTEM™ resin 1000 by SABIC is amorphous, transparent, flame-retarded polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It is metallizable and transparent to microwave radiation & near IR. Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, shrinkage, good metal adhesion, low smoke and toxicity. Offers radiation resistance (gamma, x-ray), chemical-, UV-C resistance, high electric breakdown strength (BDS) and high heat resistance. Exhibits excellent mechanicals in broad temperature range, good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties. ULTEM™ resin 1000 is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, injection compression molding, compression molding, foam-, film- & profile extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding and extrusion compounding. Used in rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail, wind energy, sport/leisure, consumer packaging. It is also recommended for personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic, electrical components, industrial, automotive under the hood, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with RoHS, UL94 V-0, V-2 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853. The natural, uncolored, material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors- transparent and opaque.
ISCC+ certified bio-based version also available for this grade.

EP5LTE-100 by Master Bond is an electrically insulating, flowable one component epoxy (EP) for bonding and sealing applications. It offers low coefficient of thermal expansion and a curing temperature of 100°C. It provides low shrinkage, high modulus, very good glass transition temperature and high dimensional stability.

• It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, glass, composites, ceramics and many plastics.
• It easy to apply and exhibits good resistance to water, oils, & fuels.
• It is used in electronic, aerospace, optical and specialty OEM type applications.
• Other applications are fiber optic packaging, including mounting optics & other components, and bonding fibers into ferrules.
• It has a shelf life of 3-6 months at 4-10°C in syringes & jars, unopened containers.
• EP5LTE-100 is RoHS complaint and meets NASA low outgassing.

EP3UF is a one-component epoxy (EP) system by Master Bond. It is a 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents. It has low viscosity and cures easily at elevated temperature. Offers good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation good flow and processability. Exhibits good mechanical strength, dimensional stability and low shrinkage. It resists many chemicals, such as oils and fuels. Suitable for bonding and underfill applications in microelectronic packaging and assembly. The shelf life of EP3UF is 6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.

UV15X-6Med-2 by Master Bond is a one-component, flexible system. It has medium viscosity and cures fast without oxygen inhibition. Offers good thermal- and electrical insulation. It resists chemicals and thermal cycling. It does not contain any solvent and diluent. Exhibits good mechanical properties including high abrasion resistance and toughness. Used in medical device manufacturing and specialty applications. It has a shelf life of 6 months. UV15X-6Med-2 meets RoHS, ISO 10993-5 for Cytotoxicity and USP Class VI testing.

CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME (Americas) by SABIC is an unreinforced, medium flow, non-brominated, non-chlorinated, flame retarded polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It exhibits hydrolytic stability, good mold release and chemical resistance. It is a good candidate for thin wall applications. CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME (Americas) is used in pharmaceutical, water management, electrical devices-displays, construction, surgical, respiratory sleep therapy, home appliances, electronics and electrical components & infrastructure. Recommended for healthcare, patient testing, fluid, blood handling, medical facility infrastructure, building & construction and consumer applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, 5VA and 5VB flame rating.
