LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1444 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unreinforced polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer with high impact resistance. It is a flame retardant, medium flow, heat-stabilized grade. Offers low temperature ductility (-40°C), excellent processability and release with shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for electrical applications, food & beverage and mobile phones, computers and tablets. It is available in wide range of opaque colors. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1444 (Americas) can be possibly used in enclosures, food containers and wireless communications.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer blend. It provides high heat resistance, mold release and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. It enables high aesthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is used in consumer goods like lighting, appliances such as home and commercial, mass transportation like recreational and specialty vehicles. It is suitable for defense, outdoor, lawn and landscape applications, automotive interiors, exteriors and under the hood. It is suggested for water management, personal accessory, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, building and construction. It is also used in aerospace, industrial material handling, healthcare such as surgical, patient testing, medical facility infrastructure, fluid and blood handling. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) is recommended for ophthalmics, electronics, electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure.

LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound DX00467H by SABIC is an unreinforced, PFAS-free, wear resistant, polycarbonate (PC) resin that contains proprietary lubricant. It is processed by injection molding. LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound DX00467H is recommended for pharmaceutical- & industrial packaging, drug delivery, surgical devices, general healthcare and patient testing.

LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound KF002L by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, low extractable, food contact acceptable acetal (POM) copolymer resin reinforced with 10% glass fiber. It offers high stiffness & strength. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound KF002L can be processed by injection molding. It is used in water management, food & beverage, home appliances, building & construction, packaging and consumer applications.

LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UF008H by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, polyphthalamide (PPA) resin that contains 40% glass fiber. It exhibits high stiffness, strength and heat resistance. This grade is processed by injection molding. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UF008H is suitable for pharmaceutical- & industrial packaging, drug delivery, surgical devices, general healthcare and patient testing.

LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound OF008H by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, linear polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), filled with 40% glass fiber. It offers high stiffness & strength. It can be processed by injection molding. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound OF008H is recommended for pharmaceutical- & industrial packaging, drug delivery, surgical devices, general healthcare and patient testing.

LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound RX00713H by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, nylon 6/6 resin that is filled with 40% glass fiber. It exhibits high stiffness and strength. It is processed by injection molding. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound RX00713H is recommended for pharmaceutical & industrial packaging, drug delivery, surgical devices, general healthcare and patient testing.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound IS000XXL by SABIC is a PFAS-free, X-ray and metal detectable compound based on nylon 6/12 grade that is reinforced with stainless steel fiber. It exhibits electrical conductivity. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound IS000XXL can be processed by injection molding. It is designed for use in buildings & constructions, water management, food & beverages, consumer and home appliances and industrial packaging. It is food contact compliant grade.

Akulon® F136-E2 by Envalior is a very high viscosity, food contact polyamide 6 grade. Suitable for processing by cast film extrusion. It is lubricated, nucleated and offers good chemical resistance. Akulon® F136-E2 is recommended for consumer goods and blown film food packaging applications for cheese, fish, meat and medical.

ULTEM™ resin 1000 by SABIC is amorphous, transparent, flame-retarded polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It is metallizable and transparent to microwave radiation & near IR. Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, shrinkage, good metal adhesion, low smoke and toxicity. Offers radiation resistance (gamma, x-ray), chemical-, UV-C resistance, high electric breakdown strength (BDS) and high heat resistance. Exhibits excellent mechanicals in broad temperature range, good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties. ULTEM™ resin 1000 is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, injection compression molding, compression molding, foam-, film- & profile extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding and extrusion compounding. Used in rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail, wind energy, sport/leisure, consumer packaging. It is also recommended for personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic, electrical components, industrial, automotive under the hood, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with RoHS, UL94 V-0, V-2 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853. The natural, uncolored, material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors- transparent and opaque.
