Supreme 112 by Master Bond is an exceptionally low viscosity epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation and impregnation. It requires elevated temperature curing. It offers exceptionally long open time, high glass transition temperature, toughness and slightly less rigidity.

• It bonds to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, and many rubbers and plastics.

EP3HTSMed by Master Bond is silver filled, two-component epoxy (EP) system. It is durable and biocompatible. Exhibits high strength, adhesion and good electrical- and thermal conductivity. Offers low volume and thermal cycling resistance. Also resists many chemicals, such as water, oil, fuel and solvents. Used for manufacturing applications. The shelf life of EP3HTSMed is 3-6 months. Meets RoHS, USP Class VI and ISO 10993-5 regulations.

Supreme 10HT by Master Bond is a durable, one-component epoxy (EP) system. Provides high adhesion, viscosity, high sheer- & peel strength, low shrinkage and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good electrical insulation, toughness, versatile cure schedules and good thermal cycling ability. It is a 100% reactive, cryogenically serviceable grade and offers resistance to mechanical & thermal shocks. Also resists many chemicals, such as acids, bases, water, oil, fuels and solvents. Cryogenically serviceable, it is suitable for aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer and metalworking applications. Other applications includes appliance, automotive and chemical industries. applications. The shelf life of Supreme 10HT is 3-6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specification.

ForTii® Ace MX52 by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, 30% glass-reinforced, PPA (PA4T) for automotive applications. It is a PPA with unique fatigue performance and chemical resistance. The moisture uptake occurs slowly with a very limited impact on dimensions. The high aromatic content and high Tg lead to excellent part stiffness and low creep. ForTii® Ace MX52 is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in carburetor adapter heat shield insulation walls, fan & shrouds, cylinder head covers, instrument panels, sunroof frame and structural parts with ForTii® Ace.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1132T (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unreinforced, general purpose, heat- & UV-stabilized, polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer. It is an injection moldable grade offering high impact resistance. Provides good low temperature (-20°C) ductility, high flow, excellent processability and easy release with shorter cycle times compared to standard PC resins. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1132T (Americas) is used in electrical devices & displays, additive manufacturing, surgical, ophthalmics, lighting, electrical components & infrastructure, patient testing, electrical & electronics, industrial, healthcare and consumer applications. It is available in transparent and opaque colors.

Stanyl® TE250F6 by Envalior is a high-performance, flame-retardant, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is an electro-friendly high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Stanyl® TE250F6 is used in automotive, gears, brush-holder (electrical components & motors), miniature- & molded case circuit-breaker, coil insulators, appliances, electrical & electronics and outdoor power equipment. It is also applicable in e-motor bobbins, end-laminates (electrical components & motors), firefighter helmets, hair curler brushes, thermostatic controls, motor starter/overload relays, automotive-, FPC-, reflow-, WtB-, BtB and battery connectors.

Stanyl® TW241F10 by Envalior is a high-performance, lubricated, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is a high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It has an excellent track record in gear applications and structural parts. Stanyl® TW241F10 is used in automotive, electrical & electronics, outdoor power equipment, charge air cooler caps, EPS steering components (gears, flex couplers and sensors), end-laminates (electrical components), MTF/DMF- & torque convertor components, wheel speed sensors, off-road vehicle oil pans and reservoirs.

Stanyl® TW241F6 by Envalior is a high-performance, heat-stabilized and lubricated polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is a high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is processed by injection molding. Stanyl® TW241F6 is used in automotive bearing cages, wheel speed sensors, gears, end-laminates (electrical components), electronics and outdoor power equipment.

Xytron™ G4024T by Envalior is a low-flash polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It exhibits excellent mold release, extremely good chemical resistance and flame retardance. It is processed by injection molding. Xytron™ G4024T is used in water pump parts, thermostat push rod, rod guides, filter box of coffee machines and engine block heaters for electric generators. It complies with REACH, CONEG and RoHS regulations.

Stanyl® TS272A1 by Envalior is a high-performance, aramid-reinforced, wear- & friction-modified high-heat polyamide that offers extremely low abrasion for gear & bushing applications. It provides high mechanical properties, heat- & chemical resistance, design stiffness and process flow qualities. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Stanyl® TS272A1 is used in automotive, electrical & electronics, outdoor power equipment, belt tensioner, damping bands, bushings and shoes.
